MEMORY VERSE:

Ephesians 6:14–15 (ESV) 14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness (Preparedness) given by the gospel of peace.

 

- The Biblical Definition of Peace - Calm and Tranquility of Soul Despite External Turmoil.

 

Philippians 4:7 (ESV) And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 

 

Colossians 3:15  Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. (rule” means to Be anumpire” or “referee”) 

 

John 14:27  Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. 

 

Ephesians 6:15 (ESV) …having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace

 

Ephesians 1:2  Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 

 

- NO God, NO Peace, KNOW God, KNOW Peace.”

 

All the Blessings of Christ, All the Righteousness of Christ, All the Peace of Christ, is Already in the Believer.

Our Goal isn’t to Draw Out Something NewIt’s to Draw Out What God’s Already Deposited

 

Isaiah 52:7 How lovely on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good news of happiness, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, “Your God reigns!”

 

Isaiah 26:3 (ESV)  You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you

 

John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
