Paul and Margie Varberg
Missions Organization: Converge Worldwide
Serving in: Philippines
These are some prayer requests from Paul and Margie:
1. That Paul can finish proofing the translation of the Waray Bible very soon. He needs concentrated, uninterrupted time, and that's very hard to find!
2. For our church to continue to grow and for our people to be faithful to witness to friends and family that do not have a relationship with Christ.
3. For more American teachers for Bethel International School starting in August. We have great needs, so please contact us if you or someone you know might be interested: email@example.com
4. One of our teachers, Chris Camarro is currently raising support to return to teach at Bethel. Pray for God's provision!
Please join us for the Men's Bible Study every other Saturday at 7:00am in the church office. It is a direct study from the Bible on topics that are applicable to everyday life. Please contact Jason Cadle (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Kirby Wong-Moon (email@example.com) if you have any questions.
Join the Ladies of Simi Community for lunch, every third Friday of the month at 11:30am. Upcoming Dates and Locations include:
Congregational Care is a wonderful ministry that walks alongside people during difficult times. It offers encouragement, support and helps people with their needs. They are looking for volunteers with all different skills. Please contact Marie Gray at firstname.lastname@example.org or click the link below to fill out the form if you would be interested in volunteering for this impactful ministry.
Please bring USED stamps (cut out with a 1/4" perimeter) and box tops to the church office or the Welcome Center booth. This will help raise funds for Tecate Missions. Tecate Missions International works to evangelize to the lost, train nationals, and plant churches.
The death and resurrection of Jesus represent the most generous gift ever given – when the King of Glory gave up everything in order to reconcile us to God. Giving cheerfully, sacrificially, and consistently is a part of our worship. When we are generous with others, we remind one another of the great generosity of our God. If you would like to make a one-time gift or set up recurring automatic giving online please follow the link below. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to Simi Community Church.
