Giving feedback simply means telling people how they work. However, the real art of feedback is also the possibility of accepting the comments for himself – ready to hear what others say, without being defensive, it is bad news.

Managers sometimes have the tendency to transition to a “need to know basis to communicate.” However, the leaders recognize that effective change almost any change will affect most people in an organization, no matter how they are to change.

The basic rule is that the communication should be done directly between the manager and the workers, employees need to know or want to know.
